I modernized the monorepo to Next.js 16, React 19 and React Compiler, consolidated ESLint into shared packages, replaced Cypress with Vitest, and introduced 4,500+ automated tests to stabilize delivery. I now serve as one of the tech leads — I led a cross-functional initiative end-to-end, syncing with the client, design and product to define the solution, architecting the data model and component specifications, then guiding developers through implementation. I built multiple complex Storyblok plugins to solve intricate content workflows, and developed infrastructure beyond the frontend: cron jobs, Vercel serverless services, GitHub Actions workflows, a Redis database and blob storage. I also built AI-assisted dev workflows with Cursor MCPs (Figma, Storyblok, Linear, GitHub, Chrome) and created a CI/CD automation layer with Vercel Serverless Functions + CircleCI to enforce PR quality, naming standards and coverage thresholds. Earlier, I built a marketing platform from scratch with Next.js + Storyblok, re-instrumented client projects with Segment, Amplitude and LaunchDarkly, and contributed to a logistics platform (React + Vite) where I helped define frontend architecture and achieved 98% unit-test coverage.
