Modernizing a MarTech universe with AI-assisted workflows and solid engineering foundations.
At Lumenalta, I joined a large-scale MarTech program and quickly took ownership of the frontend engineering uplift. I modernized the monorepo to Next.js 16, React 19 and React Compiler, consolidated ESLint into shared packages, replaced Cypress with Vitest, and introduced 4,500+ automated tests to stabilize delivery. I also built an AI-assisted workflow with Cursor MCPs (Figma, Storyblok, Linear, GitHub, Browser) to accelerate component development, and designed a CI/CD layer using Vercel Serverless Functions + CircleCI to enforce PR quality, naming standards and coverage thresholds. Earlier, I worked on a marketing platform from scratch using Next.js + Storyblok, and re-instrumented multiple Client projects with Segment, Amplitude and LaunchDarkly for controlled rollouts. I also run technical interviews for React roles.
